New National Wholesale Liquidators Store Brings 125 Jobs to Area

Mangano celebrates grand reopening of west hempstead business Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the official grand re-opening of the new National Wholesale Liquidators location in West Hempstead earlier today. The new store has brought approximately 125 jobs back to Nassau County and the West Hempstead area.

“It was honor to be present for the grand re-opening of National Wholesale Liquidators in West Hempstead,” said County Executive Mangano. “Supporting our business community is a priority of my administration. It is important that we stimulate our local economy and continue to create jobs here in the private sector.”

The 225,000 square foot store, one of the largest on Long Island, is stocked with more than 50,000 items in 50 categories, including housewares, hardware, health and beauty items, clothing, automotive, electronics, furniture, books, toys, flooring, linens and much more. National Wholesale Liquidators closeouts and deep discounts save customers money every day, adding up to thousands of dollars of savings in a year.
