In recognition of the First Annual Father’s Day Brunch, Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano is calling on members of the community to nominate local fathers who have made extraordinary contributions to the community. The First Annual Father’s Day Brunch will be held on Saturday, June 15th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at The Barn in Old Bethpage Village Restoration.
“It is my honor to host this the First Annual Father’s Day Brunch which recognizes local father’s for the work they do all year long making our County a better place to live, work and raise a family,” said County Executive Mangano.
We ask you to nominate a Nassau County resident who exemplifies the qualities of outstanding parenthood, such as, kindness, caring, sacrifice and generosity to children; goes above and beyond their responsibilities as parents and citizens and that have made a difference in the community; and has made extraordinary contributions to the community.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from the Nassau County website at: www.nassaucountyny.gov and should be mailed to Mary Studdert, Administration Building, Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY 11554, or emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Wednesday, May 15th.
