Mangano Announces Free Outdoor Summer Movie Schedule At Cedar Creek Park

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano has announced that Movie Nights at Cedar Creek Park will be returning this summer. Beginning at dusk, films will be shown on Tuesday’s from August 6th through August 20th. Admission is free.

“We have had such great feedback and attendance at our annual Summer Movie Nights in Eisenhower Park, that we have expanded our outdoor movie series to Cedar Creek Park as well,” said Mangano. “It’s a fun event for the whole family to attend.”

Cedar Creek Park Summer Movie Night Schedule:

August 6th: My Cousin Vinny – sunset 8:04 p.m.

August 13th: Ghostbusters – sunset 7:56 p.m.

August 20th: Back to the Future – sunset 7:46 p.m.

Cedar Creek Park is located on Merrick Road in Seaford, east of Wantagh Avenue. There is no formal seating at Cedar Creek Park, so movie-goers are urged to bring folding chairs or blankets. If weather conditions are doubtful, please call: (516) 572-0355 after 7:00 p.m.
