The rules have changed and you may still be eligible to apply for TPS if you arrived in the United States by January 12, 2011. If you already have TPS, you must re-register and there are important deadlines for first time registration as well as re-registration. If you have been arrested in the United States, be sure to bring your record of all convictions from the Court (Certificate of Deposition). A lawyer will review your records to tell you if you are eligible to apply for TPS.
