Legislator Bynoe Hosts Health Care Enrollment Drive

(WESTBURY, NY) – Nassau County Legislator Siela A. Bynoe (D-Westbury), in partnership with Planned Parenthood of Nassau County (PPNC), will be holding an Affordable Care Act (ACA) enrollment drive on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 1 – 6 p.m. at “Yes We Can” Community Center, 141 Garden Street in Westbury.

This event is FREE and open to the public. The drive is part of a national effort to provide eligible, uninsured members of the community with the information and support they need to enroll in new, affordable health insurance plans.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask health coverage questions and sit down with a trained bilingual (Spanish/Creole) navigator to get enrolled. The deadline to enroll is Monday, March 31, 2014.
