Qualifications: On or before August 31, 2009, you must have a bachelor’s degree or higher. This examination is open to college graduates OR college seniors.

Approximated salaries for a 2 year traineeship leading to a grade 18, professional position:
1ST YEAR: $37,437 - 2ND YEAR: $41,170
Upon completion of Traineeship: $51,268
