1st Annual Chowder Cook Off Classic held at Somerset Gardens Senior Living

Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) enjoyed being a judge at the exciting 1st Annual Chowder Cook Off Classic held at Somerset Gardens Senior Living. Many Assisted Living groups participated bringing according to Jacobs, "some of the most delicious chowder you ever tasted." The winner ended up being Somerset Gardens but according to Jacobs, "everyone was a winner since the event raised money for the Alzheimer's Society. I was proud to be there."
