Nassau County Legislator, Judy Jacobs, (D-Woodbury) attended the Annual Volunteer Luncheon on Friday, February 17 at the Mid-Island Y in Plainview. She presented the Volunteer of the Year Award to Phyllis Mandel, a caring and dedicated volunteer for POB Cares and Project PACE.
