Legislator Jacobs Joins Mattlin Middle School "Circle of Success"

Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) joined the entire school population of Mattlin Middle School in the

Plainview/Old Bethpage School District as they formed a "Circle of Success" around the entire schools. Each of the students

wore shirts with signs which explained their success in the school. Jacobs said, "This was a magical moment in time.

These students represent what is best in our world. Each one was a willing and excited participant and proved the theory that

you are only as great as the sum of your parts. Excellence was the key word and spelled success. I was honored to be present."
