Legislator Curran Co-hosts Gov. Cuomo’s Regional Budget Message

Cabinet members to take Governor’s agenda directly to communities across the state

(FREEPORT, NY) Please join Nassau County Legislator Laura Curran (D-Baldwin) and members of New York State Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Cabinet this Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. for a critical presentation at Freeport Memorial Library. Nassau County residents have the opportunity to come learn about Gov. Cuomo’s 2014 Budget and legislative agenda.

“For 2014, we have put forth the most comprehensive plan for the future of New York yet,” said Gov. Cuomo. “This agenda will grow the economy and provide fiscal relief to taxpayers, give our schools the classrooms oftomorrow, reimagine infrastructure across the state to face the new climate reality, and take steps to make our communities safer, fairer, cleaner and more progressive. Working together, we will continue to move New York forward.”
