September 18, 2000 BUDGET HEARINGS SCHEDULED
County Legislator Richard J. Nicolello (R-New Hyde Park) is announcing that the initial legislative hearings on the proposed FY2001 budget and four-year plan submitted by the County Executive have been scheduled. The hearings will be held on the following dates: September 25 - 10 AM - Public Safety Committee September 28 - 1 PM - Government Services Committee October 2 - 10 AM - Health and Social Services Committee All of the hearings will be held in the Ralph G. Caso Executive and Legislative Building, One West Street, Mineola. "These are the first round of public hearings that the Legislature will take testimony from Administration officials regarding the 2001 budget and four-year plan proposed by the County Executive," said Legislator Nicolello. "I urge interested residents to participate and attend these important public meetings." |
