The three-hour show, billed as "an uncompromising program that puts politics and culture through the wringer, uncensored and unfiltered," can be heard weekdays from 9 a.m. to Noon on WLIB 1190 A.M. and nationwide on over 14 stations from Alaska to Hawaii.

Legislator Abrahams, who represents Chuck D's hometown of Roosevelt, talked about issues ranging from future funding for Section 8 housing to economic development to gang violence.

"It was a stimulating experience to appear on 'Unfiltered' and I look forward to returning as a guest again in the future," said Abrahams. "Air America provides a great forum for the important issues of the day, both nationally and locally."
