Legislator Bynoe Hosts Health Care Enrollment Drive
Legislator Siela Bynoe joined by healthcare allies to promote enrollment into the affordable healthcare act in final weekend..

(WESTBURY, NY) – Legislator Bynoe was joined on Sunday, March 30, 2014 by program partners Town of North Hempstead, Planned Parenthood, HAPAC and other community leaders and residents.

“Over seventy people attended our Affordable Health Act Enrollment Drive.  It is proof of the true need our community has to gain affordable healthcare.” Legislator Bynoe said. Siela Bynoe, recently elected to the Nassau County’s Second Legislative seat ran on the importance of affordable healthcare for all residents of Nassau.  

Legislator Bynoe has continually made a commitment to the Hempstead, Lakeview, Westbury and New Cassel Communities to ensure that they have even better access to quality healthcare for them and their families.  This event allowed residents to ask important questions on enrollment and healthcare options for their families.

“I am so proud that this event resulted in thirty-seven families enrolling.  This is a huge step in the right direction to creating the opportunity of affordable health care be shared by all.  Because of this event and legislation our communities will be healthier.” stated Siela Bynoe.
