Leg. Abrahams Announces Free Community Education Seminar
“Planning with Your Aging Parents”

Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D-Hempstead) has announced a free community education seminar that will be presented by the Nassau County Bar Association later this month. On Wednesday, March 30 at 7 p.m., the Bar Association will sponsor “Planning with Your Aging Parents,” to help our residents on the topics of power of attorney, guardianship, healthcare proxies, living wills, financing long-term care, geriatric care management, and advocacy.

During the seminar, whether you are giving advice and guidance, or planning for your parents’ health care or your own, you will have the opportunity to learn from qualified experts who will address vital issues you should understand. The panelists include attorneys and healthcare experts.
