FREE BICYCLE HELMET*

I would like everyone in the 4th Legislative District to ride their bicycles thinking about safety first. With that in mind, I would like to ask you if you are prepared when riding your bicycle? Are you aware of the bicycle safety rules of the road? Are you wearing a safety helmet, even if you are an adult?
