CYBER BULLYING COMMUNITY FORUMS

Legislator Denise Ford is hosting an important community outreach forum regarding internet safety and cyberbullying. While the internet is a tremendous resource tool for our children, the oversaturation of social networking sites has led to misuse and abuse on the internet. This forum will feature speakers from the NYS Attorney General’s Office, as well as representatives from the Big Brothers & Big Sisters and The Long Island Crisis Center, discussing safety education. This presentation will help open a dialogue with your children, and help them enjoy the internet in a safer manner.
