Legislator Jacobs attends a ribbon cutting ceremony for The Spotted Owl

Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury)attended the ribbon cutting at The Spotted Owl, located on East Main Street in Oyster Bay on Saturday, February 11th. The idea for the Children's clothes consignment shop was the brainchild of two local residents, one from Syosset and one from Oyster Bay. Jacobs said, "The store is amazing, filled with wonderful clothing, shoes, boots and much, much more for children. It is a wonderful idea considering how quickly children outgrow their rarely worn clothing. What a unique idea and I wish them well in this enterprise."
