Legislator Jacobs Attends"A Taste of Long Island"

Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) attended "A Taste of Long Island", held at the Carltun at Eisenhower Park, hosted by The Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Jacobs said, "This wonderful organization is devoted to providing safety for the victims of domestic violence. Their mission is, "To assist and empower victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while challenging and changing social systems that tolerate and perpetuate abuse." It is truly an honor to recognize such caring individuals. Allan and Barbara Botter are current Jericho residents. Allan a former school board member and Barbara very active in the Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Susan Hirschstein an Old Bethpage resident is Director for Client Services in the Coalition.
