County Clerk O’Connell Honors Seniors

            (Mineola, NY)  Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell joined in honoring local seniors at the Nassau County Department of Senior Citizen Affairs annual luncheon.  This is an opportunity to recognize senior citizens who have made their community a better place for all residents through their dedication and service.  County Clerk O’Connell presented a County Citation to the honorees in appreciation of all their volunteer efforts.  Pictured from left to right are County Clerk Maureen O’Connell, Spirit of Senior Centers honoree Margaret Barrett of Farmingdale, Senior Citizen of the Year Joseph Librizzi of Oceanside, RSVP Volunteer of the Year Margaret Bullwinkel of Plainview, and NYS Assemblyman Joseph Saladino.
