COUNTY CLERK PARTICIPATES IN FIRST ANNUAL VETERANS DAY PARADE

(Mineola, NY)    Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell joined area officials and community members to participate in the First Annual Veterans Day Parade honoring our Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.  The parade featured dozens of local veterans and their affiliated organizations including the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) from throughout Nassau County.
