MERRICK GIRL SCOUT EARN AWARDS

(MINEOLA, NY)  The Merrick Association of Girl Scouts recently held their annual awards ceremony to honor members who have achieved the Girl Scouts Gold Award, Bronze Award and the Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.  Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell was on hand to honor and congratulate these young ladies who have demonstrated great commitment to community service.  County Clerk O’Connell (left) presented Girl Scouts Gold Award recipients Gabrielle Adragna, Sarah Trinchitella and Catherine Maynard with County Citations in recognition of this wonderful achievement.  Their dedication and many accomplishments earned them the Gold Award which is the highest level of honor to be achieved in the Girl Scouts.  Congratulations to all the members of the Merrick Association of Girls Scouts for all their great works on behalf of the community.
