County Clerk to Speak at Albertson Civic Association

            (Mineola, NY)  The Albertson Square Civic Association will be welcoming guest speaker Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell at their next meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.  Civic President Ed Scott invited the County Clerk to speak with members about the services provided by the Clerk’s Office to residents.  County Clerk O’Connell will also provide important information about “Deed Scam” solicitations and other types of scams the Clerk’s Office has seen, and the initiatives undertaken to assist and protect homeowners against these types of predatory scams.

            The meeting will take place at the Albertson Fire Department, 100 I.U. Willets Road.  Area residents are encouraged to attend.
