Marissa D’Ambrosio Earns Girl Scout Gold

            (Mineola, NY)  The Seaford/Wantagh Girl Scout Association recently held a Gold Award Court of Honor ceremony for Marissa D’Ambrosio of Wantagh.  Marissa is a member of Troop #3081 and attends Wantagh High School.  The members, troop leaders and families of the Seaford/Wantagh Association honored this outstanding young woman who has demonstrated great commitment to community service.   Marissa’s dedication and many accomplishments earned her the Gold Award, the highest level to be achieved in Girl Scouting.  Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell joined Marissa’s parents Randi & Michael in presenting her with a County Citation in recognition of her achievements.  Congratulations to Marissa and the entire Seaford/Wantagh Girl Scout Association family for all their great works on behalf of the community.
