Mangano Announces $5 February Fest At The Cradle Of Aviation Museum

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano today announced the County and the Cradle of Aviation Museum will host “$5 February Fest” from Saturday, February 16th through Sunday, February 24th.

During “$5 February Fest,” movie tickets for any film and any showing at the Cradle of Aviation’s Giant Screen Dome Theater as well as tickets to any show at the new JetBlue Sky Theater Planetarium will only be $5 for children ages 2-12. The movies showing that week at the Giant Screen Dome Theater will be: Shackleton, and Whales. The shows playing at the JetBlue Theater Planetarium will be: Passport to the Universe, We are Astronomers, and One World, One Sky… Big Bird’s Big Adventure.

The new addition of the JetBlue Sky Theater Planetarium provides visitors with a fully immersive experience on Long Island’s largest screen, taking you to the limits of the universe and providing you with a unique view of our planet.

The Leroy R. & Rose W. Grumman Giant Screen Dome Theater at the Cradle of Aviation Museum provides a unique experience of motion, sound and sight. The theater is specially designed to give everyone the best seat in the house, and bring you films that take you to places you've only dreamt of going.
