Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano delivered his annual “State of the County” Address on Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at The Space at Westbury, located at 250 Post Avenue in Westbury. Residents of Nassau County were able to watch the speech live on News12, FiOS1, and on the county website.
