Legislator Abrahams Announces Free Kidney Health Screenings

Saturday June 4, 10am- 2:30pm

Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D-Hempstead) announces that the National Kidney Foundation’s KEEP (Kidney Early Evaluation Program) is offering free health screenings on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Zion Cathedral Church of God. The screenings are for those who have diabetes, high blood pressure or a family history of these conditions or kidney disease.

Volunteers can sign-up in the lobby or contact Sister Odessa Hill or anyone in the Nurses Unit. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all volunteers.
