Ex-CHIEF RICHARD MAICKEL HONORED FOR 40 YEARS OF SERVICE
Rescue Company of the Floral Park Fire Department recently honored Ex-Chief Richard Maickel for his 40 years of service to the Floral Park community as a member of the Floral Park Fire Department. Ex-Chief Maickel has been an innovator and tireless advocate for advanced training in EMS and firematic skills, as well as the use of life-saving equipment. He has served as a Nassau County Fire Marshall for the last 18 years and has been active in local, regional and state firematic organizations.
