Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) celebrated Hilda Miller, age 105, and Ruth Zagon, age 100, birthdays at Somerset Gardens Senior Living. Enjoying the day were from left, Legislator Jacobs, Hilda Miller, and Francesca Carlow, the president of the Plainview Chamber of Commerce and owner of Trio Hardware.
