Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) attended the Plainview/Bethpage Lion's Club Annual Pancake Breakfast held at the Marriott Residence Inn on Sunday, May 2nd. The Lion support numerous charitable projects. In addition, this year they have taken on the task of helping to raise money for beautiful 19 month old Cassandra who needs extensive operations due to her serious heart condition. Medical care in itself is costly and surgeries even more so. So, the Club has committed this year’s Pancake Breakfast fundraiser to the help and support of Cassandra's expenses.
