AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE OF THE COUNTY OF NASSAU TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONTRACT OF SALE BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF HEMPSTEAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE COUNTY OF NASSAU RELATIVE TO THE SALE OF A CERTAIN PREMISES LOCATED IN THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF HEMPSTEAD, TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD, COUNTY OF NASSAU, STATE OF NEW YORK, SAID PROPERTY KNOWN AS SECTION 34, BLOCK 360, LOT 717 ON THE LAND AND TAX MAP OF THE COUNTY OF NASSAU, AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO EXECUTE A DEED AND ALL PERTINENT DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THERE WITH TO CONSUMATE THE SALE. 437-10(RE)
