Thank you for visiting the Nassau County Taxi and Limousine Commission Passenger Information section.  As part of the Office of Consumer Affairs, the Commission is working to ensure a fair, safe and pleasant riding experience for all passengers.

If you have a complaint against a Taxi, Limousine, Black Car or any other for-hire vehicle, you may file it with the Commission in the following ways:

  • Print and mail in a Consumer Complaint.
  • Request a complaint form be mailed to you (516) 571-2600.

Please allow sufficient time for your complaint to be processed and for a TLC Enforcement Officer to review your case and contact you.  Be sure to review our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for common passenger questions and concerns.
