Restitution/Fee Payments:

Restitution and Fee payments are billed monthly.  There is a return check fee.

Payments can be made:

In person:
You may pay by check, money order or cash at the cashier’s window, located in the modular unit at 400 County Seat Drive, Mineola, during normal business hours.

By Mail:
You may pay by check or money order by mail.  Make checks or money orders payable to the Nassau County Probation Department. Mail to:

For your convenience, payments can now be made with a credit or debit card through GovernmentPaymentEXP.  There is a fee for using this service. Payments can be made twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
